Our autumn family cycle ride on Sunday 8 October will be another joint ride with our sister group in Camden. We will be going to the Lea Valley, along the towpath and back via Finsbury Park. Lunch will be at a cafe by the river or you could bring your own. It will be an easy paced ride with time to look around and visit the nature reserve. The full route will be 18 miles on (mostly) quiet roads, cycleways and towpath.
For Islington cyclists, meet at Islington Town Hall at 10:45 for 11 a.m. start and we’ll aim to get back by 3.30 p.m. The route will be about 13 miles.
Or if it’s more convenient for you, meet at the cycle route entrance by the tennis courts off Highgate Road NW5 1RP at 10.15 for 10.30 am start.
