Bike theft – update from our September meeting

At our monthly meeting on 9 September, we invited an LCC speaker, Tom Bogdanowicz, to talk to us about the surge in bike thefts and the issue of bike parking provision right across London.  Tom gave a wide-ranging presentation and has asked if we can share these links with you all:

Remember to insure your bikes, get two decent sturdy D-locks as a minimum, get the details onto a database such as www.bikeregister.com.  and if the worst happens, tell the whole cycling community via @StolenRide and your local group.  Sometimes it’s possible to get your bike back – just ask our Simon !
