Boris’s Cycling Vision has opened up significant new funding streams for cycling infrastructure in Islington.

Why don’t kids to cycle school? Kids from Tufnell Park and Yerbury Primary schools tell us after they complete the Tour de Tufnell Park safe route to six schools.
On Thursday 21st of March residents in the St George’s and Junction wards go to the polls in council by-elections. This is a great opportunity to make the cycling vote count. We are asking the candidates to support more cycle parking, greater cycle safety, the removal of Archway Gyratory and support for Tufnell Park Cycle to School campaign

By creating a signed and safe route to school for children in Tufnell Park, we aim to integrate active travel into children’s daily routine. We aim to increase levels of children cycling and to reduce levels of childhood obesity.
